The empty room
Every project begins on site. Our engineers measure the room, audit power, water, drainage and ventilation, and record what the laboratory will demand of the building. The layout is then drawn to AICTE and MSBTE norms — benches, utilities and clearances placed before a single instrument is ordered.

The specification
The equipment list is built from the curriculum outward: every experiment the syllabus requires, mapped to the instruments that perform it. The specification is priced against the sanctioned budget and reviewed for compliance, so the institution signs off a complete, defensible document — not a brochure.

The build-out
Instruments arrive OEM-sourced with test certificates, and our factory-trained engineers install and commission each one on site. Safety provisions and utility connections are completed alongside, and every setup is demonstrated working before it is signed off.

The working laboratory
Handover is when the laboratory starts teaching. Faculty and technicians are trained on every instrument, manuals and SOPs are filed with the institution, and the warranty and service schedule keeps our engineers accountable well beyond commissioning.

What institutions ask before committing to a turnkey laboratory.
How long does a turnkey laboratory take?
Typically a few weeks from confirmed order to handover, depending on scope — the number of instruments, the civil and utility work required, and inspection schedules. We agree a stage-wise programme at order and sequence installation around your academic calendar.
Do you comply with AICTE, MSBTE and university norms?
Yes. Equipment lists are mapped to the curriculum and the applicable norms — AICTE, MSBTE or the affiliating university — before anything is ordered, and the compliance review is shared with the institution as part of the specification.
Can we procure through GeM or a tender?
Yes. We are a GeM-registered seller and a government-authorised contractor for Government of Maharashtra works. We support GeM purchases and bid processes, prepare tender-compliant specifications and assist through departmental inspection.
What does the institution need to provide?
The room and its basic utilities — power, water, drainage and ventilation as applicable — along with a point of contact for access and approvals. Our site assessment at Stage 01 records exactly what exists and what the laboratory will need.
What support continues after handover?
Faculty and technician training is part of handover, together with manuals, SOPs and the warranty and service schedule. After that, our engineers remain available for preventive maintenance, breakdown service and spares.
How should we plan the budget?
Share the department, intake and available budget. We return an itemised, curriculum-mapped equipment list priced against it — and where funds arrive in phases, we plan the laboratory so each phase leaves usable equipment on the benches.
