When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you type into it — and only those:

Browsing the site itself requires no account and asks for no personal information.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it is kept

A submitted enquiry is delivered to our email inbox, saraswatisales44@gmail.com, and handled there like any other business correspondence.

The enquiry list you build while browsing the catalogue is stored only in your own browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us until you choose to submit an enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics cookies by default. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics script observing your visit.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, for any reason.

Removal requests

If you would like the details from a past enquiry deleted, write to saraswatisales44@gmail.com and we will remove the correspondence from our inbox. The enquiry list on your own device can be cleared from the enquiry page, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
